The weather, presidents and governing parties may change - Bugsy`s Bar remains. It is at the centre of the mixology universe, from which you can make our cocktail planet move. In the past decade I have had drinks at many bars on this Earthly globe, but I return to this place, eager to have my Gimlet, an ice drink strong as a bulldozer and cold as death, ready to contemplate the future of the cocktail age, created by those guys with the Bugsy Bar`s badge in their burning hearts, evening after evening, month after month, year after year.
